Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cloud Bot Games ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our games and websites, including Fight League (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account we collect your email address, an authentication credential (password), and the manager display name you choose. Authentication is handled by our backend provider, Supabase.

Gameplay data

We store the data that makes the persistent game work: the fighters you create or recruit, their stats and records, your reputation and in-game currency, team membership, and the blow-by-blow logs of simulated fights. This data is tied to your account.

User-generated content

If you use social features, we collect the content you submit — team chat messages, "Buzz" press releases and trash-talk posts, and the names and nicknames you give fighters. This content is stored tied to your manager identity so it can be moderated.

Device & usage data

We collect basic technical and analytics data — app version, device/OS type, and in-app events — to diagnose problems and improve the game. If you enable notifications, we collect a push notification token to deliver fight results and alerts.

2. How we use information

• To operate the Service: run accounts, simulate fights, maintain leagues, teams, and rankings.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To moderate user-generated content and enforce our Terms and community rules.
• To send you gameplay notifications you have enabled.
• To diagnose, secure, and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. User-generated content & moderation

Content you post in chat or Buzz is visible to other players in the relevant context (e.g. your team). To keep the community safe we operate moderation tools: players can report messages and block other users, and our moderators can hide or remove content and issue chat bans. Moderation actions are logged. Submitting content requires confirming you are at least 13 years old.

4. How information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and backend hosting for game data.
• Hosting providers — to serve this website and our backend functions.
• Apple and Google — app distribution and, where applicable, in-app purchases. Payment details are handled by the app stores; we do not receive your full payment information.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our players and the Service.

5. Children's privacy

The Service is rated for players aged 12 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Social/UGC features are gated behind a one-time confirmation that the user is at least 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@cloudbotgames.com and we will delete it.

6. Data retention

We keep account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. Moderation records (reports, blocks, bans, audit logs) may be retained longer to enforce community safety and prevent abuse. When you request deletion we remove or anonymize your personal information, subject to limited retention required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@cloudbotgames.com. You can also disable push notifications at any time in your device settings. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted transport, access controls, and row-level security on our database — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of incidents where required by law.

9. International transfers

We and our service providers may process and store information in countries other than yours. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy and applicable law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
