Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the games, websites, and services provided by Cloud Bot Games ("we", "us", "our"), including Fight League (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Social features require confirming you meet the minimum age. If you are a minor, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use. One person may not operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, and accounts are not transferable.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or post hateful, obscene, or unlawful content.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or otherwise manipulate fights, rankings, the economy, or the simulation.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the Service or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The game is server-authoritative: fight outcomes, rankings, reputation, and rewards are determined by our servers, and we may correct results affected by exploits or errors.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (chat messages, posts, fighter names, and similar). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights to post it. We may moderate, hide, remove, or refuse content, and suspend or ban accounts, to enforce these Terms or protect the community.

5. Virtual items & purchases

The Service may offer optional in-app purchases for virtual items or features. Virtual items have no real-world value, are licensed (not sold) to you, are non-transferable, and may change or be discontinued. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to that store's terms; refund requests are generally handled by the store. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.

6. Service & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, game balance, and content. We strive to preserve player progress but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any item or feature will remain available.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, art, text, and branding, is owned by Cloud Bot Games or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial play. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for prolonged inactivity. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Bot Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute not subject to other agreed dispute-resolution terms.
