Trouble logging in or with your email? Email support from the address on your account and we'll help you recover access.

Fights, leagues & rankings

Fights are simulated on our servers and produce a full blow-by-blow log. If a result looks wrong, send us the fighter name and the approximate date/time and we'll investigate using the fight log.

Teams & gyms

Questions about team membership, ranks, dues, or the team gym? Tell us your team name and what you're trying to do.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. For billing or refund issues, contact the relevant store; for anything that didn't unlock in-game, email us and we'll make it right.

Reporting content & safety

You can report messages and block other players directly in the app. For urgent safety concerns, email support@cloudbotgames.com with details and we'll act quickly.
